We believe confidence should go both ways.
The OLFAC3 Perfumes Confidence Guarantee applies exclusively to online purchases of OLFAC3 Perfumes originals, including the KemBali Collection, delivered within Bali.
If after spending time with your scent you decide it isn’t the right match, you may choose either a full refund or a one-for-one exchange for another OLFAC3 Perfumes original of the same size.
The OLFAC3 Perfumes Confidence Guarantee does not apply to purchases of the Wanderlust Travel Set.
How To
Requests for refunds or a one-for-one exchanges for another OLFAC3 Perfumes original of the same size must be made within ten (10) days of delivery, and requested in person at OLFAC3 Perfumes retail outlets in Seminyak Village, Seminyak, or ICON Bali, Sanur. Proof of online purchase is required.
One-for-one exchanges are made on the spot, subject to availability. Refunds will be made via bank transfer within five (5) working days of return. Returned products must be at least 90% full and in good condition. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
This guarantee does not apply to purchases made in OLFAC3 Perfumes retail stores in Bali or to the Wanderlust Travel Set. OLFAC3 Perfumes reserves the right to decline refunds or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
